Job Summary:
Sterile Sense Technology is looking for a skilled Automation Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation systems for our clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and food industries. This position will support US-based clients, offering valuable exposure to the US market and regulatory systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement automation systems for aseptic processing, CIP/SIP, and other pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Develop PLC and HMI programming for automated equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into existing processes.
Troubleshoot and maintain automated systems to ensure they operate at peak performance.
Perform validation and commissioning of automated systems, ensuring compliance with US industry regulations.
Implement improvements to existing automation systems for greater efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in automation engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley) and HMI/SCADA systems.
Knowledge of US regulatory requirements for automation systems is a plus.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
