Job Summary:
Sterile Sense Technology is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and food industries. This position will support US-based clients and provide extensive exposure to the US market and regulatory frameworks. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US pharmaceutical, medical device, and food sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Create and execute strategies for market penetration and revenue growth in the US market.
  • Collaborate with the internal engineering and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to client needs.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations with clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the US market landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Strong network and relationships within the US pharmaceutical, medical device, or food sectors.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
